摘要
在无土栽培条件下,以小白菜为试验材料,1/2霍格兰营养液为对照(CK),复合微生物肥料浓度按稀释倍数设400(T_1)、600(T_2)、800(T_3)、1200(T_4)、1600(T_5)5个处理,研究复合微生物肥料对小白菜的生长及品质的影响。研究结果表明,与对照相比,复合微生物肥料能促进小白菜的生长,T_3效果最好,T_3处理小白菜地上部鲜质量、地上部干质量、最大叶长、最大叶宽比CK分别显著增加了76.76%、74.49%、24.76%、29.18%:同时,复合微生物肥料还能提高小白菜的品质。
Under soilless culture condition, taking Chinese cabbage as material and 1/2 Hoagland nutrient solution as control treatment (CK), we studied the effects of compound microbial fertilizer with five different concentrations, 400 times dilution (T1), 600 times dilution (T2), 800 times dilution (T3), 1 200 times dilution (T4) and 1 600 times dilution (T5), on growth and quality of Chinese cabbage. The results showed that, compared to CK, compound microbial fertilizer treatments could promote the growth of Chinese cabbage, and T3 treatment had the best effects, with the shoot fresh weight, shoot dry weight, length and width of maximum leaf signfficant/y increased by 76.76%, 74.49%, 24.76% and 29.18% respectively. Meanwhile, compound microbial fertilizer could enhance the quality of Chinese cabbage.
