摘要
为探讨喷施农药对不同蔬菜产品营养品质的影响,以芹菜、花椰菜、小白菜、生菜4种蔬菜为材料,设置喷药与不施药2个处理,测定蔬菜营养品质指标变化情况。试验结果表明,喷药后,大棚和露地栽培的4种蔬菜的可溶性糖(芹菜、生菜露地栽培除外)、可溶性蛋白(芹菜除外)、脯氨酸、VC含量均显著降低;露地栽培与大棚栽培相比,露地栽培各营养品质指标降低幅度小于大棚栽培;各蔬菜间比较,农药对芹菜品质影响最大,小白菜次之,花菜影响最小。
To discuss the effects of spraying pesticides on nutritional quality of different vegetables, taking four Vegetables celery, cauliflower, Chinese cabbage and lettuce as materials, we set two treatments of spraying pesticide and no pesticide, and determined the changers of nutritional quality of different vegetables in 2014. The results showed that, spraying pesticide reduced the contents of soluble sugar (except for celery and outdoor lettuce), soluble protein (except for celery), proline and vitamin C of the four vegetables significantly in both greenhouse and outdoor cultivation, and the reduce extent of nutrition quality indicators of vegetables planted outdoor were less than vegetables planted in greenhouse. For the four different vegetables, spraying pesticide had the greatest effect on celery quality, followed by Chinese cabbage, and had the least influence on cauliflower quality.
