摘要
对比相关技术标准的要求,针对电梯用减速箱中齿轮、传动轴、箱体,分析了其失效模式、机理和风险。基于失效分析,提出了电梯用减速箱的报废技术条件。研究成果对电梯用减速箱报废技术标准的制定具有一定的参考价值。
By comparing the relevant technical standards, analysed the failure mode, mechanism and risks of the gear teeth, transmission shaft and case body in the elevator's reduction gearbox. Based on the failure analysis, the technical conditions for rejected gearbox in the elevator were presented. Research results have some reference value during establishment of technical standards for rejected gearbox in the elevator.
