Expressways Operation Evaluation Method During the Whole Design Period Based on Stochastic Capacity

摘要 文中改变以往将通行能力看作固定值的做法,考虑了通行能力的随机性以及不同外在因素对的通行能力的影响.将随机通行能力引入到快速路运行评价,提出运行评价方法及评价指标计算方法,并以上海市快速路为例证明了方法的可行性. The traditional practice which takes traffic capacity as a fixed value was changed, external factors~ influence on capacity were taken into account. The concept of stochastic capacity was intro- duced in the expressways operation evaluation, which is much closer to reality than the traditional method. No longer making the operation evaluation only referring to the operation indicators calculat- ed during a certain period, based on annual analysis method an expressway operation evaluation meth- od during the whole design period and the corresponding economic efficiency index calculation method were put forward. Besides, Shanghai expressway was taken as an example to prove the feasibility of the method.
