摘要 为了研究弹性改性剂对环氧树脂/橡胶混凝土力学性能的影响,通过改变弹性改性剂用量,制备了一系列环氧树脂胶粘剂及环氧树脂/橡胶混凝土,考察了弹性改性剂含量对环氧树脂胶粘剂性能和环氧树脂/橡胶混凝土抗折、抗压应力-应变曲线的影响.结果表明,随着弹性改性剂含量的质量分数增加(10%~80%),环氧树脂胶粘剂的性能有显著变化;环氧树脂/橡胶混凝土的抗折和抗压应力-应变曲线均经历了明显的弹性阶段-弹塑性阶段-塑性阶段的转变;抗折和抗压峰值应力均逐渐降低,峰值应变和峰值应变能均逐渐增大,且含量的质量分数低于60%时变化幅度缓慢,含量质量分数高于60%时变化幅度显著增大.建议弹性改性剂含量的质量分数在40%~60%为宜,此时环氧树脂/橡胶混凝土具有较好的综合性能. To research the effect of a elastic modifier on the mechanical properties of epoxy/rubber concrete, series of epoxy adhesives and epoxy/rubber concretes were prepared with different elastic modi-fier content, the relationship between elastic modifier content and epoxy adhesive properties, compressive and bending stress-strain curve of epoxy/rubber concretes were investigated. Results show that. as the increase of elastic modifier content (10-80 pbw), the adhesive properties change significantly; both the compressive and bending stress-strain curves of epoxy/rubber concretes experience the stage transition of elastic-elastoplasticity-plastic apparently; compressive and bending peak stress decreases, and the corresponding strain and stain energy increase, the above four characters all experience abrupt change after 60 pbw. Content of elastic modifier between 40pbw and 60 pbw is proposed to attain better comprehensive properties of epoxy/rubber concretes.
