不同材料上层建筑的超级游艇在波浪中结构强度分析

摘要 采用基于势流理论的三维特异点分布法计算指定海况下超级游艇的运动和作用于船体表面的水压力,将得到的外载荷等效转换到结构模型上,采用有限元程序分析超级游艇的上层建筑分别采用铝合金和普通钢时波浪中的响应特性.计算结果表明,超级游艇的上层建筑对主船体的剖面应力分布有较大的影响,并且不同材料上层建筑影响的程度不同;设置多层甲板会改变剖面应力分布;不同材料上层建筑的超级游艇在相同的外载荷作用下引起的船体结构应力和变形不同. The three dimensional singularity distribution method based on potential flow theory is a- dopted to calculate the motion of the super yacht and the corresponding external water pressure firstly under specified sea condition. Then, obtained loads are transformed to the whole structural model and structural strength analysis of the super yacht in waves is performed by FEM software with aluminum alloy and ordinary carbon steel used in the superstructures respectively. According to the results, the superstructure of super yacht has a great influence on the characteristics of stress distribution of a typical cross-section, and different superstructures have different effect. Besides, the multi-decks of su- per yacht will change the stress distribution. Furthermore, stress and deformation of super yacht's structure are not the same when aluminum alloy and steel are taken for the superstructure respectively.
