摘要
在有杆泵抽油生产过程中,抽油泵的沉没压力及其对应的沉没度是有杆抽油系统设计的重要指标,对有杆抽油系统参数优化设计具有重要的指导意义。文中详细介绍了国内外有杆泵抽油生产过程中抽油泵的沉没压力及其对应的沉没度的研究情况,以有杆泵的充满程度为目标,综合考虑沉没压力、流体通过固定阀孔的阻力损失等因素,建立了有杆泵抽油最低沉没压力的计算方法,并利用该方法分析了有杆泵的泵径、冲程、冲次及井液流体黏度等因素对最低沉没压力的影响。通过东部油田某口实际油井计算结果表明,有杆泵达到相同充满程度所需的最低沉没压力随泵径和冲程的增大而减小,随冲次和流体黏度的增大而增大,为有杆抽油系统参数优化设计提供了参考依据。
In the oil production with sucker rod pump,the submergence pressure of the sucker rod pump and corresponding submergence depth are important indexes to the sucker rod pumping system design and are significance to guide optimal design of sucker rod pumping system parameters.We introduced domestic and foreign research on submergence pressure and corresponding submergence depth of the sucker rod pump oil production.According to the full extent of rod pump,taking submergence pressure and loss of resistance of fluids through fixed valve pore,we established a method to calculate the minimum submergence pressure of the sucker rod pump and analyzed the influence of pump diameter,pump stroke,pumping and fluid viscosity on the minimum submergence pressure.The calculation results of an oil well in the eastern oilfield showed that in the same level of full extent of rod pump,the minimum submergence pressure decreased with the increase of the diameter and stroke and increased with the increase of the pumping and fluid viscosity,providing reference for parameter optimization design of rod pumping system.
