中小学教师运用新媒体的研究:师生互动的视角 被引量:5

摘要 在教育信息化时代背景下,新媒体逐渐成为师生互动的主要媒介之一,师生互动在形式和内容上都发生了重要的变化。研究通过深度访谈,以小学和中学各一个班级为对象,从正式场合和非正式场合两个维度进行对比研究,旨在了解当前中小学师生新媒体互动的情况。研究发现,正式场合中,中学师生的新媒体互动频率多于小学师生;非正式场合中教师和学生的新媒体互动更为多样;非正式场合中家长是小学师生新媒体互动的重要中介;不同新媒体在师生互动中的使用原则不同;教学关系、道德关系和心理关系在新媒体使用中明显增强;师生互动选用新媒体的原因多样化。研究建议在今后的师生新媒体互动中,应根据学生的身心特点、学科性质合理使用新媒体,并对教师使用新媒体进行培训和引导,构筑家校合作的网络共同体。 In the age of increasing use of information technology in education, new media have become one of the major media for teacher-students interaction and changed the form and content of their interaction. The purpose of this study is to understand the interaction between teachers and students when they use new media. The participants are the students and teachers in two classes from a primary school and middle school separately. In-depth interviews are employed to compare the teacher-students interactions happened in formal and informal context. Research findings indicate that: 1) middle school teachers and students interacted more frequently than primary school teachers and students in formal context; 2) teachers and students had more diverse interaction in informal context; 3) parents were the important mediator of teacher-students interaction in informal context; 4) teachers and students adopted different principles when using different types of new media; 5) instructional relationship, moral relationship, and psychological relationship between the teachers and students were significantly enhanced; 6) the reasons to use new media for interaction varied. The authors of this paper therefore suggest that when designing interaction for teachers and students using new media, designers should: I) select appropriate media based on students" physical and mental characteristics and the nature of the subject; 2) train and guide teachers" use of new media; 3) establish an online community of family-school partnerships.
