摘要
文章首先分析了互联网教育背景下的三种教师教育方式,然后提出了基于社会化网络的MOOC支持教师教育模式,并且采用ISPI绩效技术过程模型对该模式进行绩效改进,并针对MOOC支持教师教育的资源建设、课程设计和综合系统环境方面进行了系统化设计和研究,提出了系统干预措施和环境优化方案,对提高中小学教师教育社会化服务和终身学习系统研究具有一定的建设性意义。
In this study, the authors first analyze three teacher education models in Internet education. They then propose a teacher education model supported using MOOCs. The model is then improved using the ISPI Process Model in Performance Technology. After examining the resource development, curriculum design, and learning environment in teacher education, the authors suggest a systematic intervention method and an environment optimization plan, which may constructively contribute to the social service of teacher education and lifelong learning system.
