摘要
以水性丙烯酸树脂为粘结剂,以水性石墨烯浆料、导电炭黑为导电剂,制备了一种新型水性导电油墨。分析了其导电机理,研究了不同影响因素对水性导电油墨导电性的变化规律。结果表明:当石墨烯和导电炭黑单独作为导电剂时,随着石墨烯含量或者导电炭黑含量的增加,体积电阻率减小;当石墨烯含量或者导电炭黑含量大于一定值后,体积电阻率有所回升。当石墨烯与导电炭黑的混合物作为导电剂时,制备的水性导电油墨比其单独作为导电剂的导电性更为优异。同时,水性导电油墨的体积电阻率随着丙烯酸树脂含量的增加而增大。
A new type of water-based conductive ink was synthesized by using water-based acrylic resin as the binder, and conductive agents, including the water-based graphene paste and conductive carbon black. The conductive mechanism and the influencing factors on the variation of conductivity were analyzed. The results show that when the conductive agent is a single component(graphene or conductive carbon black), the volume resistivity decreases with the increase of content of conductive agent, but when the content is hicher than a certain level, the volume resistivity rebounds. Whereas, in the case of compound conductive agent(with both graphene and conductive carbon black), the conductivity of the water-based ink is better than the ones with only one conductive agent. At the same time, the volume resistivity of conductive ink increases with the increase of content of acrylic resin.
