纵观当代国际社会,政党已经成为政治博弈的主要力量,活跃在各国的政治舞台上。政党尤其是执政党作为国家运行、治理、发展的智囊,必然掌握权力,而腐败又是权力的天然孳息,政党的腐败对国家的影响是巨大的,我国也不例外。法治的进程需要有大的突破,社会道德价值体系需要重新建构。反腐、法治以及道德价值观的重塑等工作都需要依靠党来大力推进。党内法规的完善,有助于党保持自身的先进性,对推动整个社会发展有重要的作用。

In contemporary international society,the party which is active in the political arena has become the main power in the political game. Political parties,especially the ruling party,as a think- tank of the national operation,management and development,are supposed to possess power. Meanwhile,corruption is the natural fruits of power. The party of corruption in the country’s influence is huge. And our country is not a exception. The process of rule of law needs to have a big breakthrough,and social moral value system needs to be reconstructed. The reshaping of the anti- corruption,the rule of law and moral values need to rely on the improvement of the party. The improvement of the inner- party laws and regulations helped the party maintain its advanced nature,which has important effect to promote the development of the whole society.
