略论我国宪法教育的改进

A Discussion on the Improvement of the Constitutional Education in China

为促进宪法实施,党的十八届四中全会做出《中共中央关于全面推进依法治国若干重大问题的决定》,提出设立国家宪法日和宪法宣誓制度,其中要求"社会深入开展宪法教育,弘扬宪法精神"。宪法教育不仅体现在国家宪法日活动和宪法宣誓过程之中,也贯穿于宪法实施的整个进程。为了我国彰显宪法权威和树立宪法信仰的长远目标,宪法知识的正确理解和宪法精神的深入人心需要历经一个完善、系统的宪法教育过程。切入宪法教育环节进行审思,将其与当前法治教育比对,认清当前宪法教育存在的症结并加以改进,为推进我国宪法实施创造良好的条件。

In order to promote the constitution implementation,the establishment of the National Constitution Day and the constitutional oath system was proposed in the Decision of the Fourth Plenum of the 18 th CPC Central Committee to deeply carry out the constitutional education,and the spirit of the constitution. The constitutional education is not only reflected in the activities of the National Constitution Day and the process of the constitutional oath,but also through the whole process of the implementation of the constitution.For the long – term goal of the establishment of the constitutional authority and faith,the correct understanding of the constitution and the spirit of the constitution deeply rooted in people’s mind are to undergo a complete and systematic constitutional education process.The thesis speculates on the thoughts on the constitutional education,and compares it with the rule of law education. The problems of the constitutional education are to be realized and improved,which creates favorable conditions for the promotion of our constitution implementation.
