摘要
经济发展良好态势的持续保持、国际贸易的深入和交通方面条件的完善,推动涉及食品的系列信息系统的进展,使在健康方面存在问题的食品可以较好的识别。具体实务运行方式方面的转型还有就是电算化等趋势的深入,让手工活动的占比减少。在这种情况下,营养过剩成为问题,现在糖尿病患者占在世界总人口中的占比高达8.3%,预计以后会更高。目前,这并实际上是60岁以下死亡事故中的主因所在。所以,本文系统概述糖尿病的危险所在,还有就是和具体生活习惯等方面的关联,并引介相关的防止措施及机制,籍此期待可以帮助民众提升注重并保持健康的相关认知。
Because of economic growth,trade globalization and the improvement of transportation,food production,processing and distribution system change a lot and unhealthy food is easy to obtain. The change of work modes and the increase of computer use,people＇s physical activities are significantly reduced. As a result,people become increasing weight and the incidence of diabetes and related complications are also increased. At present,there are 382 M（8.3%）adult diabetic patients and the number is expected to reach 592 M in 2035. Diabetes has become one of the main factors of the death or people above 60 years old. Therefore,this article introduces diabetes prevention and coping mechanisms from the risk factors,lifestyle,diet and other aspects of diabetes,and then hope to increase t people＇s health management awareness.
