摘要 目的比较自动索氏提取法与温控超声提取法对大气细颗粒物中16种多环芳烃的提取效果。方法对加标的空白滤膜用索氏提取法及温控超声提取法进行处理用GC-MS/MS法测定。结果索氏提取法与超声提取法的平均相对标准偏差分别为3.8%和3.4%,空白滤膜平均加标回收率分别为92.1%和99.7%。结论索氏提取法操作繁琐,溶剂消耗量大,影响因素较多;超声提取法简单,快速。影响因素少,溶剂消耗少,结果稳定。是一种比较实用快速的样品前处理方法。 Objectives To compare the automatic soxhlet and ultrasonic methods for extraction of sixteen polycyclic aromatic hydrocarbons in PM2.5 in the air. Methods Blank filter membrane added with standards were extractied by soxhlet and ultrasonic method,respectively,and detected by GC-MS/MS. Results The average relative standard deviation on blank filter membrane extracted by soxhlet and ultrasonic method were 3.8% and 3.4% respectively,the recoveries of standard addition of 16 PAHs on blank filter membrane extracted by soxhlet and ultrasonic method awere 92.1% and 99.7% respectively. Conclusion Many facts in the process of soxhlet extraction might affect the results beacause of its complex steps,and much solvent be consumed. Ultrasonic extraction method was simple and rapid influence factors and solvent consumption is less,the results were relatively stable. Ultrasonic extraction method was simple,practicable and rapid preparation method for the detection of PAHs in PM2.5.
