一次性根管治疗慢性根尖周炎的临床分析

Clinical Study on One-off Pulp Canal Protective Treatment of Chronic Periapical Periodontitis

目的探究慢性根尖周炎患者采取一次性根管治疗的方法和效果。方法选取2014年4月-2015年7月收治的75例慢性根尖周炎患者进行治疗,随机分组,实验组40例患者采取一次性根管治疗,对照组35例患者选择多次根管治疗的方法,对比两组患者的治疗效果。结果实验组患者治疗的总成功率为95.0%,对照组患者治疗的总成功率为85.71%。实验组患者和对照组相比,成功率更高,有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。结论慢性根尖周炎患者采取一次性根管治疗,效果显著,治疗时间短,治疗费用少的优点,不良反应少。

Objective One-off pulp canal protective treatment method and its effect for chronic periapical periodontitis are to be studied. Methods Chose 75 patients of chronic periapical periodontitis who were treated in hospital from April 2014 to July 2015 and separated them into groups at random,40 patients in study group were given one-off pulp canal protective treatment,while,35 patients in control group were given pulp canal protective treatment for many times and then compared patients＇ treatment effects between two groups. Results Patients＇ treatment efficacy in study group was 95.0%,which was much higher than 85.71% in control group,there was a differential between two groups and such a differential had statistic value（P〈0.05）. Conclusion One-off pulp canal protective treatment is effective in treatment of chronic periapical periodontitis,its treatment course is short and treatment expense is quite few,besides,it has few side-effects.
