摘要
目的观察缺血性脑卒中接受选择性脑动脉介入治疗的效果。方法研究2014年6月-2015年6月纳入缺血性脑卒中患者共39例,经数字法分两组,18例接受保守治疗（对照组）,21例接受选择性脑动脉加入治疗（实验组）,组间比较。结果两组中实验组NDS评分改善更明显,治疗有效率更高,ADL评分更高,差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。结论选择性脑动脉介入治疗缺血性脑卒中效果可靠,疗效显著。
Objective Clinical effect of selective cerebral artery intervention treatment of ischemic stroke is to be studied. Methods Chose 39 patients with ischemic stroke who are treated in hospital from June 2014 to June 2015 and separate them into two groups according to digits,18 patients in control group are given conservative treatment,while 21 patients in study group are given selective cerebral artery intervention treatment,and then compare patients＇ treatment effects between two groups. Results Patients＇ NDS score in study group is dramatically improved than that in control group,its treatment efficacy and ADL score are much higher,there is a differential between two groups and such a differential has statistic value（P〈0.05）. Conclusion Selective cerebral artery intervention treatment is effective in treatment of ischemic stroke.
