摘要
目的比较钢板内固定与髓内针固定治疗成人肱骨干骨折的临床效果。方法选取60例肱骨干骨折患者,随机分为钢板内固定组(A组)与髓内针固定组(B组)各30例,并实施相应的治疗。结果钢板内固定组与髓内针固定组手术时间、术中出血量比较、骨折愈合时间比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。髓内针固定比钢板内固定手术时间短,术中出血量少,骨折愈合时间短。结论建议有条件的医疗单位推广应用髓内针固定作为治疗肱骨干骨折的首选方法。
Objective To compare the efficacy of plate and intramedullary nail in adult humeral shaft fracture. Methods 60 cases of humeral shaft fratures,30 cases were treated intramedullary nail,30 cases were treated with plates internal fixation. Results The operation time was longer and the amount of blood loss was larger in the intramedullary nail group than in the plate group（P〈0.05）. Conclusion For conditional medical units,preferr intramedullary nail as first choice for the treatment of humeral shaft fractures.
