摘要 目的探讨双向内膜下血管成形术(SAFARI)在治疗股腘动脉闭塞中的意义。方法采用双向内膜下血管成形术治疗17例长段动脉闭塞患者。结果本组17例患者均通过双向内膜下再通,共植入支架14枚。结论单向内膜下开通时导丝不能回到远端真腔,双向内膜开通技术可作为一种补救方法,进一步提高血管成形术的成功率。 Objective To investigate the bidirectional subintimal angioplasty（SAFARI）in the treatment of femoral popliteal artery occlusion in significance. Methods The blood vessels of bidirectional subintimal angioplasty for the treatment of 17 cases of in patients with long segment artery occlusion. Results In this group,17 cases of patients were all implanted with 14 pieces of stent. Conclusion The guide wire can not be returned to the distal true lumen when the unidirectional endometrium is opened. It can be used as a remedy to further improve the success rate of angioplasty.
