美托洛尔治疗慢性心力衰竭的疗效分析

Analysis on Metoprolol Effect in Treatment of Chronic Heart Failure

目的对慢性心力衰竭患者应用美托洛尔治疗的临床疗效进行分析研究。方法选取于2013年1月-2015年12月在我院接受治疗的慢性心力衰竭患者109例,并随机分为对照组（54例）和实验组（55例）,观察并比较常规治疗和加用美托洛尔治疗的效果。结果实验组患者的显效率高于对照组[69.09%vs 38.89%],治疗总有效率高于对照组[90.91%vs 72.22%],左心室舒张期末内径低于对照组,左心射血分数高于对照组,组间差异经t检验,有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。结论慢性心力衰竭患者应用美托洛尔治疗的临床疗效理想,能够改善心肌缺血情况,对心功能的提高有至关重要的作用。

Objective Clinical metoprolol effect in treatment of chronic heart failure is to be studied. Methods Chose 109 patients of chronic heart failure who are treated in hospital from January 2013 to December 2015 and separate them into control group（54 patients）and study group（55 patients）at random,and then observe and compare conventional treatment effect to metoprolol effect between two groups. Results Patients＇ explicit efficacy in study group is much higher than that in control group [69.09% vs 38.89%],besides,patients＇ treatment efficacy in study group is much higher than that in control group [90.91% vs 72.22%],and patients＇ left ventricular end-diastolic diameter is dramatically lower and left ventricular infection fraction is higher in study group compared to counterparts in control group,there is a differential between two groups and such a differential has statistic value according to T-Check（P〈0.05）. Conclusion Metoprolol is effective in treatment of chronic heart failure,it is conducive to relieving myocardial ischemia and improving cardiac function.
