摘要
目的分析尼莫地平联合氟桂利嗪对血管神经性头痛的治疗效果。方法将98例血管神经性头痛分为两组各49例,对照组经尼莫地平治疗,治疗组经尼莫地平联合氟桂利嗪治疗。结果观察组总有效率95.9%高于对照组总有效率83.7%,不良反应发生率6.1%低于对照组不良反应发生率16.3%,P<0.05。结论尼莫地平联合氟桂利嗪治疗血管神经性头痛效果显著,安全性高。
Objective To analyze the nimodipine and flunarizine on vascular headache treatment. Methods 98 patients with angioneurotic headache were divided into two groups,each group of 49 cases and control group with nimodipine treatment,and the treatment group with nimodipine and flunarizine in treatment. Results The total effective rate of the observation group was 95.9% higher than that of the control group,the total effective rate was 83.7%,the incidence of adverse reactions was 6.1% lower than that of the control group,the incidence of adverse reactions was 16.3%,P〈0.05. Conclusion Nimodipine and flunarizine in treatment of vascular headache effect,high safety.
