针灸联合中药药浴治疗寻常型银屑病

Acupuncture Combined With Traditional Chinese Medicated Bath in Treatment of Psoriasis Vulgaris

目的对针灸联合中药药浴应用于寻常型银屑病患者临床治疗中的效果进行分析研究。方法选取于2013年5月-2015年11月在我院接受治疗的寻常型银屑病患者82例,并随机分为针灸组（39例）和联合组（43例）,观察针灸治疗和针灸联合中药药浴治疗的效果并进行比较。结果联合组患者的PASI评分低于针灸组;联合组患者的痊愈率为60.5%,治疗总有效率为93.0%,均高于针灸组患者的28.2%和74.4%,组间差异经t检验,有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。结论针灸联合中药药浴应用于寻常型银屑病患者临床治疗中的效果确切,见效快。

Objective Effect of acupuncture combined with traditional chinese medicated bath in clinical treatment of psoriasis vulgaris is to be studied. Methods Chose 82 patients of psoriasis vulgaris who were treated in hospital from May 2013 to November 2015 and separated them into acupuncture group（39 patients）and combined treatment group（43 patients）at random,and then compared acupuncture treatment effect to acupuncture combined with traditional chinese medicated bath treatment effect between two groups. Results Patients＇ PASI score in combined treatment group was quite lower than that in acupuncture group,besides,patients＇ cured rate and treatment efficacy in combined treatment group were 60.5% and 93.0% respectively,which were much higher than counterparts of 28.2% and 74.4% in acupuncture group,there was a differential between two groups and such a differential had statistic value（P〈0.05）according to T-Check. Conclusion Acupuncture combined with traditional chinese medicated bath is quite effective in clinical treatment of psoriasis vulgaris.
