两地汤加减治疗虚热型崩漏的效果研究

Effect of Liang Di Dicoction in the Treatment of Asthenic Fever Type Metrorrhagia

目的探究虚热型崩漏患者采用两地汤加减的治疗方法和效果。方法选取2014年5月-2015年7月收治的54例虚热型崩漏患者进行治疗,针对患者的不同情况采用两地汤加减治疗,观察疗效。结果治愈28例,占比51.9%,治疗显效13例,占比为24.1%,治疗有效10例,占比为18.5%,治疗无效3例,占比为5.6%,治疗总有效率为94.44%,患者的治疗效果,有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。结论虚热型崩漏患者采用两地汤加减治疗,可改善身体症状,短时间内止血,治疗效果显著。

Objective Liangdi Tang treatment method and its effect of asthenic fever type metrorrhagia are to be studied. Methods Chose 54 patients of asthenic fever type metrorrhagia who were treated in hospital from May 2014 to July 2015 and treat them with liangdi tang treatment according to patients＇ differential physical conditions in order to compare treatment effects. Results As for all the patients,there were 28 patients cured,accounting for 51.9%,there were 13 cases of efficiency,accounting for 24.1% and there were 10 cases of efficacy,accounting for 18.5%,and there were 3 cases of failure,accounting for 5.6%,the treatment efficiency was 94.44% in total,such a treatment was quite effective and it had statistic value（P〈0.05）. Conclusion Liangdi tang is effective in treatment of asthenic fever type metrorrhagia,it is conducive to improving patients＇ symptoms and stopping bleeding in short time.
