火针放血治疗老年下肢静脉曲张的疗效分析

Curative Effect of Bloodletting Acupuncture in the Treatment of Senile Varicose Vein

目的探讨火针放血治疗老年下肢静脉曲张的疗效。方法选择在我院接受治疗的老年下肢静脉曲张患者30例作为研究对象,对其均使用火针放血进行治疗,观察患者的临床治疗效果。结果 30例患者中,痊愈者26例(86.7%),好转者3例(10.0%),无效者1例(3.3%),治疗总有效率为96.7%。结论火针放血治疗下肢静脉效果显著,能够促进新血生成和血脉通畅。

Objective To investigate the efficacy of acupuncture bloodletting in treatment of elderly patients with varicose vein of lower extremity. Methods In our hospital to accept the treatment of senile patients with varicose vein of lower extremity in 30 cases as the research object,the use of acupuncture bloodletting treatment,observed in patients with clinical therapeutic effect. Results In 30 cases,26 cases（86.7%）were cured,3 cases improved（10%）,1 cases（3.3%）,the total effective rate was 96.7%. Conclusion Acupuncture bloodletting in the treatment of lower limb vein effect significantly,can promote new blood generation and blood smooth.
