手术室为控制院内感染的重要部门,手术室采用一定的空气洁净措施,使手术室达到一定的细菌浓度和空气洁净,预防院内感染十分重要。对空气净化与消毒中采用物理方法对室内空气进行除菌、杀菌,其效果可靠,不残留有害物质,对环境无影响,作用效果可持续保持。采用化学消毒作用迅速、效果可靠、节省,通常在施行严重感染或特殊感染手术后采用,以达到终末消毒的目的。工作中做好手术室空气净化与消毒工作,消除浮游于空气中的细菌,以减少由此引起的术后感染的发生。
