手术室专科护理小组手术配合的效果研究

Efficacy and Study of Operation Combination for Specific Nursing Team in Operating Room

目的探讨分析手术室专科护理小组手术配合的临床效果。方法采用问卷调查的方法,对设置手术室专科护理小组前后34名医生的满意度进行调查。结果设置专科护理小组后手术室配合质量评价各项指标及护理满意度均优于分组前,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论手术室专科护理小组可以使得整体配合质量的提高,提高了手术医师的满意度。

Objective Analysis of the operating room nurse group with the clinical effect of surgery. Methods With the method of questionnaire survey,to set up the operating room nurse group 34 before and after the doctor＇s degree of satisfaction investigation. Results Set after the operating room nurse group match quality evaluation indicators and nursing satisfaction were better than before,difference was statistically significant（P〈0.05）. Conclusion The operating room nurse team can make the overall with the improvement of the quality,improve the operation doctor satisfaction.
