心肌梗塞患者的整体护理研究

Comprehensive Nursing Study on Patients With Myocardial Infarction

目的探究心肌梗塞患者接受整体护理的具体措施和效果。方法选取2014年8月-2015年9月收治的68例心肌梗塞患者进行护理研究,随机分组,实验组43例患者选择整体护理,对照组患者25例采取常规护理,比较患者的护理效果。结果对照组患者护理的总有效率为80.0%,实验组患者护理的总有效率为93.02%,差异具有统计学意义,实验组患者得到更好的护理效果（P〈0.05）。结论心肌梗塞患者接受整体护理,可使生活质量得到改善,减少死亡率和并发症,保持良好心态,提高治疗依从性,有助于身体恢复。

Objective Comprehensive nursing method and its effect on patients with myocardial infarction are to be analyzed. Methods Chose 68 patients of myocardial infarction who were treated in hospital from August 2014 to September 2015 and separated them into groups at random,43 patients in study group were given comprehensive nursing,while 25 patients in control group were given conventional nursing,and then compared patients＇ nursing effects between two groups. Results Patients＇ nursing efficacy in control group was 80.0%,and patients＇ nursing efficacy in study group was 93.02%,there was a differential between two groups and patients＇ nursing efficacy was much more favorable in study group（P〈0.05）. Conclusion Comprehensive nursing is of efficacy for patients with myocardial infarction,it is conducive to improving patients＇ quality of life,reducing mortality and complication incidence,keeping them in good mood and increasing patients＇ treatment compliance,and it is important to patients＇ recovery.
