摘要
目的对健康教育应用于原发性痛经护理患者中的效果进行分析研究。方法选取于2013年6月-2015年11月在本院接受治疗的原发性痛经患者85例,并随机分为常规护理组(41例)和健康教育组(44例),观察以上两种不同护理方式的效果并比较。结果健康教育组患者的痛经知识掌握优良率为90.7%,高于常规护理组患者的70.7%;同时健康教育组患者的健康行为优于常规护理组,组间差异经t检验,差异有统计学意义(P〈0.05)。结论健康教育应用于原发性痛经护理患者中的效果十分显著,对于患者病情改善具有重要意义。
Objective Health education influence on care of primary dysmenorrhea patients is to be studied. Methods Chose 85 primary dysmenorrhea patients who were treated in hospital from June 2013 to November 2015 and separated them into conventional treatment group(41 patients)and health education group(44 patients)at random,and then compared treatment effects between two groups. Results Patients' mastery probability of primary dysmenorrhea knowledge in health education group was 90.7%,which was much higher than 70.7% in conventional treatment group,besides,patients' healthy behaviors in health education group were much more favorable than counterparts in conventional treatment group,there was a differential between two groups and such a differential had statistic value(P〈0.05)according to T-check. Conclusion Health education exerts positive influence on care of primary dysmenorrhea patients,it is conducive to improving patients' symptoms.
