产前子痫的临床护理体会

Clinical Nursing Experience on Prenatal Eclampsia

目的对产前子痫患者的临床护理措施和效果进行分析,并总结护理体会。方法选取于2013年11月-2015年10月在我院接受治疗的产前子痫患者53例,并随机分为对照组（25例）和观察组（28例）,观察常规护理和整体护理的效果并比较。结果观察组患者的子痫发生率为7.1%,大出血发生率为10.7%,围产儿死亡率为3.6%,均低于对照组患者的24%、28%以及20%,组间差异经t检验,有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。结论整体护理应用于产前子痫患者的效果确切,能够大大降低子痫发生情况,对降低大出血发生率、围产儿死亡率以及保证母婴安全具有十分重要的临床作用和意义。

Objective To analysis the clinical nursing experience on prenatal eclampsia,and summarize the nursing experience. Methods We divideed the 53 cases patients into control group（25 cases）and observation group（28 cases）. All the patients were chosen from November 2013 to October 2015. The conventional nursing and holistic nursing effect were observed and analyzed. Results The prenatal eclampsia in observation group was 7.1%,the incidence of bleeding was 10.7%,the per natal mortality was 3.6%,those data were significantly lower than that of control group which were 24%,28% and 20%,it was in a high treatment efficiency and obvious difference and the statistically significant（P〈0.05）. Conclusion The holistic nursing was exactly effect on prenatal eclampsia,it can greatly reduce the occurrence of eclampsia and the incidence of bleeding,per natal mortality and ensure maternal-child safety.
