临床护理路径在慢性充血性心力衰竭患者的应用效果评价

Evaluation on Clinical Nursing Pathway Applied to Patients With Chronic Congestive Heart Failure

目的探讨护理路径在慢性充血性心力衰竭患者中应用的效果评价。方法将100例慢性充血性心力衰竭患者随机分为2组,对照组50例采用传统护理模式,观察组50例观察组予以实行CNP。结果观察组患者的平均住院天数、平均住院费用均低于对照组,患者的满意度均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论临床护理路径是一种行之有效的护理方式,可提高护理质量及工作效率,提高患者满意度。

Objective To explore the effects of nursing pathway applied to the patients with chronic congestive heart failure. Methods All 100 patients were randomized into two groups,the control group（n=50）received traditional care mode,the observation group（n=50）treated according to the CNP. Results Average hospitalization days,average hospitalization cost of the observation group were significantly lower than that of the control group,the satisfactory degree of the patients were obviously higher than that of the control group,the difference had statistical meaning（P〈0.05）. Conclusion Clinical nursing pathway,a practical and effective method,could improve nursing quality,work efficacy,and satisfactory degree of the patients.
