摘要
目的分析探讨综合护理干预对耳鼻喉手术术后疼痛程度的疗效。方法选取2012年11月-2014年11月于我院诊治的耳鼻喉手术患者150例,随机分为对照组及综合组。对照组采取常规临床护理干预,综合组采取综合护理干预,比较分析两组耳鼻喉手术患者的术后疼痛情况。结果两组患者术后经护理干预疼痛情况均有改善,且综合组改善更为明显,P〈0.05。结论耳鼻喉手术患者术后采取综合护理干预能有效缓解疼痛。
Objective To analyze the effect of comprehensive nursing intervention on postoperative pain of the patients with ear nose and throat surgery. Methods From November 2012 to November 2014 in our hospital,150 patients were randomly divided into the control group and the general group. The control group took routine clinical nursing intervention,the comprehensive group to take comprehensive nursing intervention,compared with the analysis of the two groups of patients with ear nose throat surgery patients with postoperative pain. Results Two groups of patients after surgery,the pain of the patients were improved,and the improvement of the comprehensive group was more obvious,P〈0.05. Conclusion The comprehensive nursing intervention can effectively relieve the pain after surgery in patients with ear nose and throat surgery.
