摘要
目的观察护理干预对更年期子宫功能失调性出血患者治疗依从性及生活质量的影响。方法随机将70例更年期子宫功能失调性出血患者平均分为两组。对照组行常规护理,观察组行护理干预,比较两组临床效果。结果观察组治疗依从性、生活质量各指标评分均优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论护理干预可有效提高患者治疗依从性,并改善生活质量。
Objective To probe the influence of nursing intervention on the life qulity and treatment adherence of patients with uterine dysfunctional bleeding.Methods We divided 70 patients into two groups. Control group used routine nursing,observation group used nursing intervention,comparing the efficacy of two groups.Results The treatment adherence and QOL＇s single index of observation group were significantly better than control group（P〈0.05）. Conclusion The nursing intervention can enhance the patients＇ s treatment adherence and improve their life quality.
