摘要
目的探讨创建优质护理示范病房的意义与效果。方法培养优质的服务理念,营造好的服务氛围。做好基础护理,调整工作的模式,建立考核机制、奖励机制。结果基础护理质量提高;患者满意度提高,纠纷投诉事件减少;健康知晓率有较高的提升。结论创建优质的护理示范病房,提高护理质量,增加了患者满意度,效果较好。
Objective To explore the significance and effect of creating quality care demonstration ward. Methods To cultivate the high quality service concept,create a good service environment. Do basic nursing,adjust the mode of work,establish the assessment mechanism,incentive mechanism. Results The basic nursing quality was improved obviously,the patients＇ satisfaction was improved,the disputes were reduced and the health awareness rate was improved. Conclusion To improve the quality of nursing,to improve the quality of nursing,and to increase the satisfaction of patients,the effect is better.
