摘要
目的探讨脑内血肿微创碎吸术的护理对策。方法选取2013年3月-2015年5月我院收治的行脑内血肿微创碎吸收术患者72例进行分组研究,按照1：1比例分为对照组（n=36,采用常规护理）和干预组（n=36,采用护理干预）,对比2组护理效果。结果干预组治愈率、死亡率优于对照组,差异具有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。结论临床护理干预可提高脑内血肿微创碎吸术治愈率,降低死亡率,改善患者生存质量。
Objective To investigate the efficacy of nursing strategy in intracerebral hematoma minimally invasive aspiration. Methods From March 2013 to May 2015 in our hospital,72 patients of intracerebral hematoma minimally invasive surgery absorption were grouped according to 1：1 ratio into the reference group（n=36,using conventional care）and intervention group（n=36,using nursing intervention）,compared to two groups care benefits. Results The intervention group cure rate,mortality was significantly better than the reference group,the difference was statistically significant（P〈0.05）. Conclusion The clinical nursing intervention can significantly improve the intracerebral hematoma minimally invasive aspiration cure rate,reduce mortality and improve the quality of life of patients.
