冠脉介入术患者拔除鞘管时发生迷走神经反射的抢救与护理

Rescue and nursing of vagus nerve reflex of patients undergoing percutaneous coronary intervention at sheath catheter removal

目的探讨冠脉介入术患者拔除鞘管时发生迷走神经反射的抢救与护理。方法选择本院接受治疗的736例冠状动脉介入术患者,按照随机数字法分为实验组和对照组,每组各368例,术后拔除鞘管时发生迷走神经反射共44例。对照组术后予以常规的护理模式,实验组则在对照组的基础上予以优质护理,比较2组患者护理后SDS、S-AI、T-AI评分、并发症发生情况及护理满意度情况。结果实验组DS、S-AI、T-AI评分、并发症发生率及护理满意度均显著优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论优质护理模式不仅能够降低患者抑郁、焦虑状态及迷走神经反射等并发症发生率,还能提高患者对护理的满意度以及抢救效果。

Objective To explore rescue and nursing of vagus nerve reflex of patients undergoing percutaneous coronary intervention at sheath catheter removal. Methods A total of 736 coronary intervention patients in our hospital were selected and were randomized into experimental group and control group according to random number table method,with 368 cases in each group,there were 44 cases with vagus nerve reflex at sheath removal. The control group was treated with routine care and the experimental group was given quality care on the basis of the control group,the scores of SDS,S-AI,and T-AI,complication and nursing satisfaction of two groups after nursing were compared. Results The scores of DS,S-AI,and T-AI,incidence of complications and nursing satisfaction in the experimental group were significantly better than that in the control group（ P 〈 0. 05）.Conclusion The high-quality care model can not only reduce incidence of complications such as depression,anxiety and vagus nerve reflex,but also improve patients’ satisfaction and rescue efficacy.
