临床护理路径在肺癌术后患者护理中的应用

Application of clinical nursing pathway in postoperative nursing of lung cancer patients

目的探讨临床护理路径在肺癌术后患者护理中的应用效果。方法将86例肺癌根治术的患者分为研究组与对照组,对照组采取常规护理措施,研究组在此基础上实施临床护理路径干预。结果研究组术后并发症发生率为2.33%,显著低于对照组的18.60%(P<0.05);研究组患者对护理工作的总满意率为100.00%,显著高于对照组的86.05%(P<0.05)。结论临床护理路径可以有效降低肺癌患者术后的并发症概率,提高护理满意程度,适于临床应用与推广。

Objective To explore the application effect of clinical nursing pathway in nursing of patients with lung cancer after operation. Methods A total of 86 patients with radical resection of pulmonary carcinoma were divided into study group and control group. The control group took routine nursing measures and the study group implemented clinical nursing pathway on the basis of the control group. Results The incidence of postoperative complications in the study group was 2. 33%,which was significantly lower than 18. 60% in the control group（ P 〈 0. 05）. The total nursing satisfaction rate of the study group was 100%,which was significantly higher than 86. 05% in the control group（ P 〈 0. 05）. Conclusion Clinical nursing pathway can effectively reduce the postoperative complications of lung cancer patients,and improve nursing satisfaction. So it is favorable of clinical application and promotion
