递进式目标护理在股骨颈骨折术后功能康复训练中的应用

Application of progressive goal nursing in functional rehabilitation training for patients with femoral neck fracture

目的探讨递进式目标护理在股骨颈骨折术后功能康复训练中的应用效果。方法将80例股骨颈骨折患者随机分为观察组和对照组,对照组给予常规康复训练,观察组在康复训练的过程中实施递进式目标管理,比较2组康复训练的自我效能以及功能康复的效果。结果观察组护理后的结果期望和自我效能期望评分、总分均显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组的住院时间短于对照组,术后8周以及12周的Harris评分、MBI评分高于对照组,髋关节功能优良率高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论递进式目标护理能提高股骨颈骨折患者术后康复训练的自我效能,改善训练的效果,促进关节功能的康复。

Objective To explore the application effect of progressive goal nursing in the rehabilitation training of the femoral neck fracture patients. Methods A total of 80 femoral neck fracture patients were randomly divided into observation group and control group,the control group received routine rehabilitation training,while the observation group was given progressive goal management in the process of rehabilitation training,and self- efficacy and effect of functional rehabilitation in the two groups were compared. Results The results expectation score,self- expectation score and total score in the observation group were significantly higher than that in the control group after nursing（ P 〈 0. 05）. The length of hospital stay was shorter than that in control group,the scores of Harris and MBI in 8 weeks and 12 weeks after operation were higher than that in the control group,and the excellent rate of hip joint function was higher than that in the control group（ P 〈 0. 05）.Conclusion Progressive goal nursing can improve the self efficacy of the patients with femoral neck fracture,improve the training effect,and promote the rehabilitation of joint function.
