循证护理在肺癌根治术患者术前访视中的应用效果分析

Application effect of evidence-based nursing in preoperative interview of lung cancer patients with radical resection

目的探讨循证护理在肺癌根治术患者术前访视中的应用效果。方法将择期进行肺癌根治术的60例患者随机分为观察组和对照组,对照组采用常规术前访视,观察组采用循证护理实施术前访视,比较2组患者的手术认知情况、应激水平以及满意度。结果观察组手术流程、术前准备、注意事项、麻醉方法等手术认知等方面的得分显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组进入手术室时的血压、心率、焦虑评分均显著低于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组的访视满意度显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论循证护理在术前访视中应用能够提高肺癌根治术患者的手术认知水平,减轻手术应激,确保手术的安全性。

Objective To explore the application effect of evidence-based nursing in preoperative interview of lung cancer patients with radical resection. Methods A total of 60 lung cancer patients with radical resection operation were randomly divided into observation group and control group,the control group was used routine preoperative interview,and the observation group received preoperative interview by evidence-based nursing,and operation knowledge,stress level and satisfaction were compared. Results Operation cognitive score in operation procedure,preoperative preparation,anesthesia method,and precaution in the observation group was higher than that in the control group（ P 〈 0. 05）. The blood pressure,heart rate,anxiety score in the operation room in the observation group was lower than that in the control group（ P 〈 0. 05）. Interview satisfaction in the observation group was higher than that in the control group（ P 〈 0. 05）. Conclusion Application of evidence-based nursing in preoperative interview can improve the operation cognitive level of lung cancer patients with radical resection,reduce the operation stress,and ensure the operation safety.
