B超引导下经皮穿刺留置引流管治疗肝脓肿循证护理模式应用研究

Study on evidence-based nursing of hepatic abscess treated by B ultrasound-guided percutaneous puncture drainage tube

目的探讨B超引导下经皮穿刺留置引流管治疗肝脓肿循证护理模式的应用效果。方法选择接受B超引导下经皮穿刺留置引流管治疗的79例肝脓肿患者,按照随机数字法分为实验组40例和对照组39例。对照组采取常规护理模式,实验组则在对照组的基础上采取循证护理模式,经相应的护理干预后比较2组患者的术后血象恢复时间、体温恢复时间、脓腔消失时间、住院天数、并发症发生情况及患者的满意度。结果经相应护理后,实验组术后血象恢复时间、体温恢复时间、脓腔消失时间及住院天数显著优于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);实验组术后并发症发生率显著低于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);实验组的满意度显著高于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 B超引导下经皮穿刺留置引流管治疗肝脓肿循证护理模式能够促进患者术后血象、体温恢复及脓腔消失,降低并发症的发生率,改善患者的预后,缩短住院时间,提高护理满意度。

Objective To investigate the efficacy of evidence-based nursing of hepatic abscess treated by B ultrasound-guided percutaneous puncture drainage tube. Methods A total of 79 liver abscess patients with B ultrasound-guided percutaneous puncture drainage tube in our hospital were randomized into experimental group with 40 cases and control group with 39 cases. The control group received routine nursing and the experimental group was given evidence-based nursing on the basis of the control group. Postoperative normalization time of blood test,body temperature recovery time,abscess disappearance time,hospitalization days,complications and patients’ satisfaction were compared after nursing intervention. Results The postoperative recovery time of blood,body temperature recovery time,abscess disappearing time and hospital stay in the experimental group were significantly better than that in the control group after appropriate care（ P 〈 0. 05）. The incidence of complications in the experimental group was significantly lower than that in the control group（ P 〈 0. 05）. The satisfaction in the experimental group was significantly higher than that in the control group（ P 〈 0. 05）.Conclusion Evidence-based nursing of hepatic abscess treated by B ultrasound-guided percutaneous puncture drainage tube can promote the normalization of blood,body temperature recovery and abscess disappearing,reduce the incidence of complications,improve the patient ’s prognosis,shorten hospital stays,and enhance nursing satisfaction.
