医护一体化优质护理服务模式在眼科日间手术中的应用

Application of doctor-nurse high quality care model in day surgery of ophthalmology department

目的探讨医护一体化优质护理服务模式的实施在眼科日间手术中的应用效果。方法收集本院11811例已行眼科日间手术患者的资料,将2012年1月—2012年12月5584例日间手术患者作为对照组,2013年1月—2013年12月6227例日间手术患者作为实验组,对照组给予常规的医生-护士工作模式,实验组实施医护一体化优质护理服务模式,比较实施前后2组患者满意度、医护满意度情况与临床不良事件发生情况。结果护理实施后,实验组医生、护士及患者满意度均较实施前显著升高(P<0.01),且实验组医生、护士及患者满意度与对照组比较,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.01);实验组患者临床不良事件与意外伤发生率略低于对照组,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论医护一体化优质护理服务模式的实施在眼科日间手术中的应用效果显著,具有借鉴性。

Objective To investigate application effect of doctor- nurse high quality care model in day surgery of ophthalmology department. Methods The material of 11811 cases with ophthalmic surgery was collected and 5584 patients from January 2012 to December 2012 were as control group,given doctor- nurse nursing,and 6227 cases from January 2013 to December 2013 were as control group,given high quality care model. Patients’ satisfaction,doctor and nurse satisfaction and the clinical adverse events were compared before and after nursing in two groups. Results After the implementation of nursing,satisfaction of doctors,nurses and patients in the experimental group were significantly increased compared with nursing before（ P 〈 0. 01）. And a significant difference was observed in satisfaction of doctors,nurses and patients in the experimental group after nursing implementation compared with the control group（ P 〈 0. 01）. After the implementation of nursing,the incidence of adverse events and accidental injuries in the experimental group were significantly lower compared with the control group,but there was no significant difference between the two groups（ P 〉0. 05）. Conclusion The effect of integrated quality care model in day surgery in ophthalmology department is significant,so it is of great value in clinical application.
