替格瑞洛和氯吡格雷对急性冠脉综合征患者的临床疗效对比分析

Comparative analysis of clinical effects between ticagrelor and clopidogrel for acute coronary syndrome patients

目的对比分析替格瑞洛与氯吡格雷对急性冠状动脉(冠脉)综合征(ACS)患者的临床疗效。方法 90例ACS患者按照随机数字表法分为对照组与实验组,各45例。两组均应用阿司匹林,对照组加用氯吡格雷,实验组加用替格瑞洛,比较两组临床疗效、不良反应发生率、心血管不良事件发生率。结果实验组患者临床治疗总有效率为95.56%,明显高于对照组的82.22%(P<0.05)。实验组患者不良反应发生率为6.67%,明显低于对照组的22.22%(P<0.05)。实验组心血管不良事件发生率为2.22%,明显低于对照组13.33%(P<0.05)。结论与应用氯吡格雷相比,应用替格瑞洛治疗ACS兼具临床疗效好及安全性高等优点。

Objective To compare and analyze clinical effects between ticagrelor and clopidogrel for acute coronary syndrome（ACS） patients. Methods A total of 90 ACS patients were divided by random number table into control group and experimental group, with 45 cases in each group. Both groups received aspirin, and the control group received additional clopidogrel, while the experimental group received additional ticagrelor. Clinical effects, incidence of adverse reactions and adverse cardiovascular event were compared between the two groups. Results The experimental group had obviously higher clinical treatment total effective rate as 95.56% than 82.22% of the control group（P〈0.05）. The experimental group had much lower incidence of adverse reactions as 6.67% than 22.22% of the control group（P〈0.05）. The experimental group also had obviously lower incidence of adverse cardiovascular event as 2.22% than 13.33% of the control group（P〈0.05）. Conclusion Comparing with clopidogrel, ticagrelor in treating ACS contains advantages of good clinical effect and high safety.
