综合干预在降低精神病患者危险性行为中的作用探析

Investigation of effect by comprehensive intervention in reducing dangerous behavior of psychosis patients

目的探讨综合干预在降低精神病患者危险性行为中的作用。方法 70例精神病患者作为研究对象,对其实施综合干预,并对比其干预前后的危险性行为发生率。结果与综合干预前比较,70例患者综合干预后的出走、伤人、毁物、自杀、自伤危险性行为发生率显著降低,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论综合干预在降低精神病患者危险性行为中的作用明显,有助于降低患者的危险性行为发生率。

Objective To investigate effect by comprehensive intervention in reducing dangerous behavior of psychosis patients. Methods A total of 70 patients with psychosis as study subjects received comprehensive intervention. Comparison was made on incidence of dangerous behavior before and after intervention. Results Comparing with those before comprehensive intervention, incidences of leaving, hurting people, destroying, suicide and self-injur were all obviously reduced in 70 cases after comprehensive intervention. The difference had statistical significance（P0.05）. Conclusion Comprehensive intervention shows precise effect in reducing dangerous behavior of psychosis patients, and it is helpful to reduce incidence of dangerous behavior in patients.
