胃肠转流术治疗2型糖尿病调整葡萄糖代谢的机理研究

摘要 胃转流术在2型糖尿病患者的临床治疗上取得了很好的效果,但是具体的机制目前仍然没有研究透彻,因此很多学者根据患者的表现和机体表现对手术的机制提出了各自的看法。本研究旨在探讨胃肠转流术治疗2型糖尿病的机理,研究表明下丘脑瘦素敏感性是机体葡萄糖代谢平衡调控的重要因素。胃肠转流术后血糖降低发生在术后24 h,同时伴随血清瘦素水平的下降,提示机制与瘦素的靶器官-下丘脑的瘦素敏感性有重要关联。 Gastrectomy bypass provided excellent effect in clinical treatment for type 2 diabetes mellitus patients, while its specific mechanism was still in need of further research. Various opinions were presented by scholars, according to manifestations and vital signs in patients. This study is aimed at investigating mechanism of gastrectomy bypass in the treatment of type 2 diabetes mellitus, and its research showed sensibility of hypothalamic leptin as an important factor in balance glucose metabolism adjustment. Decreased blood glucose occurred in postoperative 24 h after gastrectomy bypass, along with reduced serum leptin level. These showed important correlation between mechanism and sensibility of hypothalamic leptin, as the target organ of leptin.
