加强创新型人才培养,既是高校服务经济建设的迫切需要,又是提升学生就业竞争力的客观要求。然而,由于传统教育影响学生创新能力没有得到很好的提高,同时现在学生缺乏持之以恒的毅力,缺乏创新能力发展的环境。因此我们应该大力培养具有创新精神的教师团队,更新教学观念,改变教学方法,激发学生的创新意识;建立人才创新的制度,因材施教,促进学生个性化、多样性的发展,提高培养学生的创新能力。

To strengthen the cultivation of innovative talents is not only an urgent need for the construction of service economy in universities,but also the objective requirement of improving students＇ employment competitiveness. However, due to the traditional education affect the students＇ innovation ability has not been very good, at the same time, the lack of students＇ perseverance and lack of innovation ability development environment.Therefore we should vigorously develop the spirit of innovation of teachers team, update teaching concepts, change teaching methods, stimulate the students＇ innovation consciousness; establish system of innovative talents, teach students in accordance with their aptitude, to promote the individuality of student, diversity of development, cultivate and improve the innovative ability of students.
