摘要
为了提高煤矿安全管理的水平,三交河煤矿构建了精细化安全管理体系。通过细化安全目标、细化操作标准规范,提出了基于价值量化理论"VOEC"安全管理法。经过管理体系的现场实践,安全隐患2014年比2013年降低了50%,重大违章持续8个月没有发生。
in order to improve the level of coal mine safety management, three jiaobe coal fine and safety management system is constructed. Tbroogh detailed security objectives, refined, standard operation, based on the value of quantitative theoiy ／＂VOEC／＂ safety management. After field practice management system, security hidden danger in 2014 was 50% lower than in 2013, major violation for 8 months did not happen.
