摘要
目的构建基于转型冲击模型的护理本科生毕业实习情境模拟方案。方法采用德尔菲法对40名专家进行两轮函询。结果两轮专家函询的有效回收率分别为90.91%和92.50%,专家权威程度系数为0.88,专家意见的协调系数为0.31。最终确定的方案包括16项学习目标、57项情境编写要点、16项时间安排及6类评价方式。结论该研究结果可靠,形成的方案为教育机构制订促进新护士角色转型的策略提供了借鉴,也为情境模拟教学的实施与评价奠定了基础。
Objective To develop a graduation practice situation simulation program for undergraduate nursing students based on the transition shock model. Methods Two rounds of expert consultation was conducted among40 experts using Delphi technique. Results The returning rates of questionnaires in the first and second round expert consultation were 90.91% and 92.50%, respectively. The authority coefficient of the experts was 0.88,and the coordination coefficient of experts’ opinion was 0.31. The program included 16 learning target,57 compiling indicators,16 time arrangement and 6 kinds of evaluation. Conclusion The result of the study is reliable and the program can provide reference for the development of strategies to promote new nurses’ role transition, and also provide basis for the implementation and evaluation of simulation teaching.
