摘要
对乘人汽车车身薄板(ABS)的现代生产工艺作了较为详细的评述,并展望了未来的生产工艺。在大宗平轧铝产品生产中,ABS的生产工序最多,生产技术门槛最高,生产工艺最为复杂。它的生产工艺分为入口段,工艺段和出口段,即使双层布置,生产线长度也可达300 m左右。入口段主要工序:开卷、矫直、切头、缝合、切边、预清洗;工艺段主要工序:热处理、水冷、风冷、拉弯矫直、清洗预处理、干燥;出口段主要工序:检验、预时效、涂油、剪切、卷取。
This article reviews the modern production process for the auto-body sheet( ABS) of passenger vehicle in details,and prospects its future. Among flat rolling of aluminum products,ABS has the most production procedures,the highest thresholds of the production technique,and the most complicated production process. This production process is composed of 3 parts,i. e. the entry part,the process part and the exit part. Even it's arranged as a double-storey layout,the production line can be up to 300 m. The main procedures at the entry include decoiling,leveling,head cutting,stitching,edge trimming and pre-cleaning; the main procedures of process part include heat treatment,water cooling,air cooling,bending levelling,cleaning pretreatment and drying; the main procedures at the exit include inspecting,pre-aging,oiling,shearing and coiling.
