摘要
旋压是先进制造技术的重要组成部分,也是应用潜力很大的制造工艺方法。通过对飞机短波天线组成中3A21-O铝合金顶盖零件的旋压工艺分析,介绍了该零件的旋压工艺计算、工艺参数的确定、工艺装置的设计方法。同时对旋压过程中旋压件缺陷产生原因进行了分析,提出了解决措施,保证了该零件旋压加工的顺利进行,提高了产品质量。
Spinning is an important part of advanced manufacturing technology,and it is also a manufacturing method with great potential. According to the technology analysis for the 3A21-O aluminum alloy tectum parts assembled in HF antenna of aircraft,this paper introduces the calculation of spinning technology,the determination of technological parameters,and the design method of the technological equipment. At the same time,it analyzes the causes of the defects and proposes the solution for them,to ensure the spinning process is conducted smoothly and the quality of the product is improved.
