摘要
为了构建科学合理的烤烟生长生物量模型,通过盆栽控水的方法,对5种不同处理的烤烟进行农艺性状指标测定,采用变异系数法计算相关指标的权重,利用指数和法计算出烤烟生物量,实现在活体条件下测算烤烟生物量;并采用相关分析、拟合度分析对模型进行了验证,证明该方法能较为敏感和准确地反映烤烟在生长发育过程中生物量的变化情况。
In order to establish scientific and reasonable biomass model for the growth of flue-cured tobacco, we adopted the method of potted plant water control, agronomic traits of flue-cured tobacco were determined. The variation coefficient method was adopted to calculate the relevant index weight, and the flue-cured tobacco biomass was calculated by using exponential sum methods. It realized the measurement of flue-cured tobacco biomass model in vivo. Then we used correlation analysis and fitting analysis to verify the model. It proved that the method can accurately reflect the change of tobacco in the process of growth and development of biomass.
