摘要
在大田生产条件下对镉污染水稻喷施叶面硒肥,研究了外源硒对水稻植株不同部位中镉、硒含量分布的影响。结果表明,喷施叶面硒肥均能有效降低水稻根系、秸秆和籽粒中镉含量,分别较对照降低11.99%~19.85%、33.95%~70.78%和25.93%~47.06%;施用硒肥的处理显著增加了水稻各组织器官中硒含量,水稻根系、秸秆和籽粒中硒含量分别较对照增加150%~300%、366%~450%和162.5%~225%。
This field experiment was conducted to investigate how the exogenous selenium(Se) would affect the content and distribution of cadmium(Cd) and Se in different parts of Cd polluted rice plants under the foliar-applied selenium fertilizer treatment. The results showed that the leaf-sprayed Se-fertilizer treatment could effectively decrease the Cd content in rice roots, straws and grains by 11.99%~19.85%, 33.95%~70.78% and 25.93%~47.06%, respectively; and significantly increase the Se content in rice different parts such as roots, straws and grains by 150%~300%, 366%~450% and 162.5%~225%, respectively, in comparison with the control.
