摘要
3D打印是一种可广泛应用的新型制造技术,起源于快速成型技术。近年来,该技术发展迅速,可打印的材料也日趋丰富,对制造业具有划时代的意义。3D打印机的温度控制系统直接关系到打印产品的效果。针对3D打印机的温度控制模块开展了研究,设计并采用金属铂热电阻作为温度传感器和闭环温度控制系统。为保证温度控制系统的稳定性,在硬件设计中加入了集成单电源仪表放大器AD623在软件设计中也进行了屏蔽干扰处理。
3D printing is a new kind of manufacturing technology originating from rapid prototyping technology and has a wide range of applications. In recent years, the technique has gained a rapid development and there are more and more ma- terials that can be printed. In a 3D printer, the temperature control system is very important as it directly relates to the effect of the printing products. This paper mainly studies the temperature control module in a 3D printer. The design uses a metal platinum thermal resistance as the temperature sensor and adopts a closed-loop temperature control system. In order to guar- antee the stability of the system, an integrated single supply instrumentation amplifier AD623 was added to the hardware design. In addition, an interference treatment was added in the software design.
